I love working with ARGUS. I have been on the ART team for a few months and it is great. The family atmosphere among the employees is outstanding. The managers are always very supportive and willing to help out in any situation. I hightly recommend working for this company. Great pay and even better benefits.
I was recently at the Zac Brown Band concert and I was blown away by the service they provided! I ran into some complications with parking and ticketing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Argus doesn't care about the law. In the City and County of Denver anyone functioning in a security capacity must have a merchant guard card. I was an event stopped by these people and I have their employees on tape telling me they don't have said cards. Their explanation was that since they work for the Denver Broncos they don't need permits to do security when every other security company in the City and County of Denver has to follow the same laws. I guess when you're big enough laws don't apply to you. Oh and y r all the five star reviews written employees?
I m sure there are plenty of good staff that work for them, however, you get a robo cop who has NO personal skills and you end up writing this review. Even management knew exactly who I was taking about. Customer service is important. Too many complaints, let the bad apples go

Hi All,
I just wanted to complement "Eddy" who was working the upper Red Rocks parking lot last night (09/07/21) at the Jimmy Buffet concert.
After the concert I found that I had a dead battery and a lost key. This is when"Eddy" came to our rescue. Eddy went way beyond the call of duty by providing us a ride to where my extra key was and need drove me back and completed the jump start of my car.
I give Eddy the highest praise possible!
