Argus Cosmetics had entered into a tie-up with our staffing company to provide staffing services. Their Divya Krishnan, Asst Manager - HR was co-ordinating with us on their behalf. They had sent us multiple positions to work on and we had supplied with more than 50 profiles of candidates. From that 10 candidates were selected and recruited at Argus Cosmetics. We have been asking her to send us the confirmation mail for the candidates who have joined and also raised the invoice. Now inspite of regular phones calls and mails from our end, she has not gotten back to us. She is disconnecting our call on mobile as well as landline or she asks someone else to attend on her behalf saying she is busy in a meeting. Its six months now and there is no news from her nor her counterparts. We presume that Argus Cosmetics is justing collecting CVs from staffing companies and creating a database out of it. I would advice all not to provide any staffing services to Argus Cosmetics or end up going through the same process as us. It has been a very bad experience as we had put in all our efforts to source the best candidates from various job portals.
