Very unprofessional and unorganized. Their lack of communication with one another is the reason nothing gets accomplished. Regarding financial aid, they've requested the same documents over 20 times and still have not submitted anything to the United States Department of Education to release my funding. This has gone on for over 6 months yet I have no balance due. That makes me assume they're being paid and refusing to pay me. I'm sorry, having uneducated people in charge of my finances for my education is definitely scary. Do not I repeat do not waste your time attending this school. They'll be the nicest in the world just to enroll you. But once you're trapped they'll show you that your are only a paycheck for them and they could care less about your loans that you have to pay back and even less about your education. Online Phoenix division to be exact

I graduated from Argosy University with a 4.0 gpa August 2018 with a Master of Science in Human Services. My overall experience with the university has been a great experience minus the current issues surrounding Dream Center. I received such a great education that I decided to re-enroll with Argosy to pursue an EDD in Organizational Leadership. I my opinion the University is one of the best universities that I have attended over-all. If there was anyway possible the issues could be resolved I would happily re-enroll and complete the EDD Program. I was a Georgia student enrolled with Argosy University s online division out of Phoenix, Arizona. In terms of learning and receiving a phenomenal education on a scale from 1-10 I give Argosy a 15. Argosy University should in fact be held accountable for failure to notify students of current or on-going issues however, I did have a great experience attending the university.
Sincerely

No assistance with becoming employed. Though there is a "career services" department consisting of one guy by the name of Robert Hays, his help only goes as far as pointing out errors on your resume. He has noooo employer connections whatsoever. He is useless. Tuition is very high. Katrina Dudley in financial aid office seems to be messing up your finances on purpose so you won't get a refund.

Extremely poor excuse for a higher education learning facility. Parents, take note. If you have a son/daughter considering this school for a degree, I'd advise you to refrain from chosing Argosy. The degree students obtain upon graduation are practically worthless. The professors are not of the highest caliber and sadly there is a lot of reverse discrimination going on if you're Caucasian. I initially applied for the doctor of Psychology program and met with the female department head for an interview. She was extremely unprofessional, brought her 2 year old child into the room who cried during our entire meeting which she seemed oblivious to. Moreover, I found her demeanor to be arrogant as if she was doing me a favor for interviewing me. Her first question in my admissions interview was, "How do you think you'll survive as an older student here, considering your 10 years older than most?F" For the record, I was 26 which hardly made me a dinosaur for any graduate program but this woman had no tact. After 45 minutes, I politely dismissed myself from the meeting and was undoubtedly the best decision I made. I obtained my P.h.D in clinical psychology from the University of Connecticut about 4 years ago and looking back I'm grateful I followed my instincts. Argosy is extremely expensive and seems to base their enrollment on financials, not intellect or credentials. Attending Argosywould have been the single worst mistake of my life hadn't I done the proper due diligence and left the interview and selected a higher caliber university.

If I could I d give this school NO stars!!! This is the Worst college I have ever attended!! They take ALL of your students loans and can t give you a good explanation on why they take so much!! They make up stories as they lie explaining to you about your money and give you false dates on when you will receive your funds! They try to avoid your calls and your messages!! The tuition is absolutely wayyyy too high!! One day you look at your account it says one thing and the next minute the numbers have changed!! I really feel like they are stealing money from their students!! I will NEVER recommend this ripoff of a school to any one!!

Very bad experience with career service. Robert Hays was my career service advisory he only pin pointed a few resume suggestions and employment sites that could be beneficial but he clearly had zero connections with employers or organizations. My last career service at another school had so many employer connections I was literally tired of going on interviews. PLEASE RE-HIRE (ROBERT HAY IS VERY INCOMPETENT)!!!!!!

A great school! Great professors that love their job and are skilled and very experienced. Even the administration is great (i.e. financial aid, admissions, etc.) I truly enjoy my Masters program.

I've been waiting since September for my degree. Every time I email them all they say is its been ordered! This is ridiculous, the customer service SUCKS! But they were quick to take my 70 dollars for the degree. I wouldn't recommend this school, save yourselves the headache. Dr. Fernandez is great though, I love him!
