It's nice clean convenient for me, live out of town. Staff nice on floor,I just keep forgetting to get a card. I go there to relax.

So much fun and entertainment and great food and drinks in one place....this is the best casino hotel in Louisiana! Also if you gamble this is the place.

I have not won much. I actually lost a lot more I don' t. I do enjoy most of the people working there. I live close by within walking distance

It's was a very long walk to get to the slots but over all very nice casino and it even featured some of mine and my girlfriend's favorite games.

Very outdated and casino offers barely any playback. I think they should file for bankruptcy and just close for good.

The bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows. Blanket was kinda thin for my taste. Carpet was clean. It was not all shiny and new but it was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our TV didn't work but after a couple of calls they got it fixed for us. The location is great!! It's decorated beautifully and has a bar there. I felt safe during our stay and there is gated parking. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Wish we could've checked out the casino.
The walls are super thin and I could hear people on the street talking (I was on the 5th floor). Sounds don't bother me much but just FYI.

The Belle was not good for me i get no mail and i dont get any promotion or any thing from the Belle and the Hotel is not even open anymore so it was not good for me at all.

I stop here every time I in town. Love the old river boat casino's. A maze that''s fun walking around seeing everything

I had a bad experience, I won a 32.24 ticket place it into another machine didn't play it cause the machine didn't show the 32.24 so called for help they came and said it showed that I played it I told him to go look at the camera he told me he didn't have to cause the machine gave him the review, so I told him to go look at the camera but he refused the camera would have shown him I didn't play the money that I walked away from the machine im very upset about that an I had been coming thea for years
