Gave interview here, company has good environment and people seemed friendly. Company has a product for sales performance evaluation and its main work revolve around it.

I have completed a total of 4/5 rounds with this company, it took me a total of 45 days, was successful in all the rounds, now it s been more than 60 days the HR has shared no update regarding the last interview status. I am chasing the consultancy which tells me it s on hold and sends me no email or any written communication. Also want to highlight an incident, during the 1st round of the interview the HR (Romit Raste) offered a position to work for another company in Chennai working on same profile and it belongs to his brother, rather than showing any interest in filling the position for this company. He tried his best to convince me. However since my family is here my first preference was Pune, I told him if I don t get selected here, I will think about the Chennai offer. Due to this, I feel he is making sure that I don t get selected for this company no matter how many rounds I clear. Shared this with the consultancy (Shilpa - talent guru) they too did not give any support or any resolution. I understand HR have authority to ask tricky questions but in this case I have all the authentic proof incase anyone has any questions. My suggestion to mangers and senior leadership is please terminate: take some action on such HR s like Romit , so that this does not happen to any other candidate in the future. The HR is not even honest with the company he s working for and its a major concern against the mission, vision, values of an organization. Also, this act is inhumane, since I informed the HR that I really need the job and since I cleared the interviews, I am deserving as well. I hope the management takes any action else the name of company will keep spoiling like this. 60 days of life wasted!
