Their games are always aesthetically pleasing, even GW1 from 15 years ago still holds its own today. Anet always makes sure there is a solid balance in terms of company profit and making sure their games are never pay to win. GW2 has everything a modern MMO player looks for: Tons of content, always balanced PvP, amazing WvW, mounts (must quest to get them, rather than pay real $), and their community is night and day compared to Riot Games community. Their community in all their games are the best I have ever experienced.

Reason why I only give 3 stars compared to 5 is that their support team is extremely terrible. Their policies is also terrible and for returning players, you will have a very hard time restoring accounts are receiving any kind of assistance if you got hacked.

I would recommend their games to anyone, but just pray you never have to contact their support.

Very nice, friendly people and very accommodating with their hospitality. Love these folks :)

Horrible place, There is no help at all when arriving at location. Staff refuses to talk to anyone even when you mention you would like to speak with them, they go about their business ignoring you.

Horrible company - unethical customer support. Do not play their games if you want the money you spend on their games to be safe.

Gm Maelstrom has been very good to me as a customer of Arena Net he did for me what was beyond what he had to do but did it for me and for that I am very happy with y'all, y'all have done more for me then what was necessary and for that I want to give y'all a five star review for being awesome and giving me an awesome experience with your customers service and made me a life time customer of Arena net thank you.
