Very similar to the Mexico City Arena. The rating is to the establishment, not to the artists or shows.
Pros: Ample and organized parking. Adequate toilets on demand (especially those designated for women). Wide and well-lit interior corridors. Security is good. The drink service during the concert was also attentive.
Cons: I can add many because it has them. Some go; the space between the backrest and knees is extremely uncomfortable. The interior stairs are small and therefore dangerous; the prices of food and drinks are very expensive (considering that you are not in an upscale restaurant, there is no waiter service and the food is fast food). The screens are shabby, the lighting leaves something to be desired as well as the total absence of acoustics in the property, so the volume is increased excessively ... ah, to check in you have to insist several times with the staff.

I loved the Arena Monterrey, it is an excellent place for big events, very well designed since you can see very well from anywhere. The seats are simple but comfortable, there are enough toilets and all access to places and services in general are well marked. The staff of the Arena all impeccably uniformed very attentive and willing to help.
It was a quick visit to this city only. To attend a concert by one of my favorite artists, being in the Arena Mty was a very very pleasant experience, with a lot of fun. I'm going again!

Today was the worst experience I've had in a concert, my tickets were duplicated, I started the concert and the seats were already occupied, three of the ushers checked the tickets of the people there and they were the same tickets as mine. , reason why they did not stop immediately from there, they took me up according to the manager and they offered me better places but there were already 4 songs of the concert and they had me stop for 20 min with popcorn and coca in hand that better pull in the trash, I did not accept the offer because I wanted to withdraw from the place and requested reimbursement, seeing my refusal and being out of the stage area, arguing with one of the managers suddenly tell me: Madam your places are already vacated ...
