Very quick, friendly service. They're crab legs and shrimp are especially good.

The quality of the frozen food is excellent and the customer service is really kind I bought 20 cases of cod and the quality was very good. Best food service in the world!!!

We are a local STL based asset logistics company, at this point used to haul directly, for Arctic Foods. The Transportation Manager which I will not name is refusing to pay detention charges because she has never heard of paying them in her entire transportation career. I have never heard of a company not paying accessorial charges for the carrier that hauled THEIR freight. We sat at the receiver for over hours, missing our next load and she is saying that "that's the risk you take". No its not my problem.

If you are a trucking company or brokerage company, I would NOT ever haul freight for this company. Their rates are low and they obliviously don't care about building relationships and they certainly don't care about paying what is owed to their carrier base. STAY AWAY!
