ARCpoint saved the day for us after FedEx failed to deliver a required covid test for international travel in the promised timeframe. I needed my Covid-19 PCR test for travel. I was able to book an appointment, have the test completed, and receive the results on the same day. Definitely recommend this lab.
Initially my interactions with ARCpoints wasn't great, because I needed to fly Hong Kong, and I had my PCR test done through them, but when I was about to board the International leg, I was denied. My COVID test was incomplete! I needed a certificate (CLIA) with my results to enter HK. I do not blame ARCpoint after all even the airlines seemed confused, I myself thought what I received from them was good. After doing more research on what exactly was needed, Mr. Richard Duarte, the owner/president of SA branch, personally worked with me to provide the necessary documentation from his end, so therefore what more could I ask for.

For my Hispanic people: Super fast service for the Coronavirus test, you come and go in less than 30 minutes. The information is online, the appointment is made, they give it to you the same day when you arrive, you fill out the information on your phone, it takes about 10 minutes later, you go to your vehicle and wait about 3 minutes, and the laboratory technician comes out and takes the sample and is the a shorter stick doesn't hurt. And that's all, you leave and in 30 minutes you receive an online email with your results

I went in to get my covid test done, scheduling was fast, got there a lot earlier than expected. They came out and got it done. The friendly girl was very gentle, unlike other tests I have taken where they re basically stabbing your brain and it s an unbearable pain that makes you go cross eyed. Thankfully my test came back negative, and I can return to work when my cold goes away.

ArcPoint provides a service to travelers who need rapid PCR RNA tests at a premium fee. Contrast this with my experience with a rapid PCR RNA test in Istanbul. The nurse came to my hotel and took the sample. 8 hours later the lab emailed my results, uploaded results to the Turkish Ministry of Health and provided me a QR code. Fee: $39 USD. ArcPoint fee: $297 USD. I ll let you judge.
