Very poor customer service in dealing with mobile homes. My ac unit broke.The lady refused to set up an appointment, saying "oh we just call you on the day of coming out". Its like they expect people to just sit around all day. She called a week later to tell me a guy was on his way, and i had the pleasure to tell her that another company fixed it the day it broke.
Just plain rude!
