I ordered a bow and some accessories from their website, and unfortunately, the entire process has been less than smooth. The shipping took longer than expected, and when the package finally arrived, one of the items was incorrect. 📦😕

I reached out to customer service, and while they were polite, the resolution took more time than I anticipated. It felt like I was going in circles trying to sort things out. 🔄

In an industry that thrives on precision and customer satisfaction, I expected more efficiency and reliability from them. It's a shame because I had high hopes for my experience. Overall, it’s not what I was looking for. 🏹
