Reformer Pilates: This class uses specialized equipment called reformers which add resistance training into traditional mat exercises making it more challenging than Mat Pilate but still suitable for beginners.
Tower/Chair/Cadillac: These classes use specialized equipment like towers/chairs/cadillacs which add resistance training into traditional mat exercises making it more challenging than Mat Pilate but still suitable for beginners
Jumpboard: This high-intensity class uses a jumpboard to add cardio and plyometric exercises into your Pilates routine.
