We offer a variety of class types including mat pilates, reformer pilates, tower pilates, jumpboard pilates, prenatal/postnatal pilates as well as private sessions. Each class is led by one of our certified instructors who will guide you through each exercise with precision and care.

Mat Pilates: This class focuses on building strength from the ground up using just your body weight on the mat. It's great for beginners or those who prefer low-impact workouts.

Reformer Pilates: This class uses specialized equipment called reformers which add resistance training into traditional mat exercises making it more challenging than Mat Pilate but still suitable for beginners.

Tower/Chair/Cadillac: These classes use specialized equipment like towers/chairs/cadillacs which add resistance training into traditional mat exercises making it more challenging than Mat Pilate but still suitable for beginners

Jumpboard: This high-intensity class uses a jumpboard to add cardio and plyometric exercises into your Pilates routine.

Prenatal/Postnatal: These classes are designed specifically for expectant mothers or new moms who want to stay active during pregnancy and beyond.

Private Sessions: If you prefer one-on-one instruction, we offer private sessions with our certified instructors. This is a great option if you have specific fitness goals or physical limitations that require individualized attention.
