Met some of the greatest folks here, however the staff is not exactly what you call professional or patient with the Clients. The councilor Jef was a total narcissist who loved preaching about himself and had no idea where patients were coming from with their addictions. Most of the rtw staff even were very cliche stereotypes . I was discharged for basically having a dry sense of humor and mad adhd. Had not received proper medication, but standing up for yourself there is apparently a big NO NO. However I learned a lot and plan to stay sober. Hail Satan

If you have a life of bad habits, this is the place to learn a new way of life and freedom from addiction. They gave me the tools to live a life worth having. Thank you for everything you do, to help the helpless.

Amazing treatment facility!! The staff were kind and very helpful and sincere during treatment!!

I contacted Arbor Place because I needed their services immediately for a family member. They decided to call me back almost 36 hours later!!!! I told her I would never deal with a place that decided to wait a day and a half to call me back. If we are calling them, we need them immediately!!! That is totally unacceptable. In 36 hours, you could lose that family member, and all because they didn't feel it was urgent enough to return a phone call.

I wouldn t bend my values to suit their demographics so Jolee kicked me out. I do not recommend this place.

They released my sister and told the family she is in a safe place. They would give no information where she was released to. They allowed her to return to the same abusive household she just left! I will never ever say one good word about Arbor Place.

I was a resident of Arbor Place June 6, 2016-July 11, 2016. I had been to treatment at Hazelden in March of 2012 but IT IS HERE that I fully learned how to use the tools I was given to live a life of Sobriety. Treatment is not a "vacation" from your problems...it is a place to open your mind and thoughts to a new, sober way of living. The counselors are truly amazing along with each and every member of the staff. The program that they run is second to none and I would not be where I am today without the guidance I was given from them. Their recommendation for after care proved to be spot on for me and I will recommend anyone who suffers with substance abuse and mental health issues to go here. Thank you Arbor Place for opening my eyes and leading me to achieve the life I know live
