Great customer service and he prepared my hard drive quickly plus freebies. I would most definitely recommend.

Usually i have been very pleased. But ive now realised that on two seperate occasions - they have rendered both of my power supplies unsellable by giving me a random selection of cables back to me after i asked them to swap out my old psu for a new one. Instead of giving me the ones they removed.

This has been embarassing and expensive selling them on ebay.

Another issue is its on a very busy road and they have a lot of machines running... so despite me stipulating i wanted a realy quiet machine - they were unable to hear a very obvious coil whine emmiting from my newest psu. So now thats more money and hassle for me.

Extremely, overpriced talking about maybe two - three times worth of actual hardware. better looking at pc world/ john lewis anywhere else that isnt this over priced.

These guys are great, they've helped fix our laptops over the years and are currently replacing a smashed mobile screen, great efficient service.
