I also want to say a huge thank you to the two volunteer paramedics from August 8th. in the Luisenpark. They took care of our friend very lovingly and with a lot of heart and soul and thus saved our JGA!

Extremely good cooperation, very reliable and extremely dedicated people. I can warmly recommend that. With the Parkresidenz am Neckar in Heidelberg-Ziegelhausen an object in a great location for assisted living was created.

A thousand thanks to Florian, Michi and the colleagues who looked after our 3 year old so sensitively and lovingly on Saturday and made the situation a lot easier for us parents. That's how you really want it!

Very demotivating and frustrating as an employer in the long run. A one-man show is pulled off by an employee in the office or the service department, and unfortunately the rest of the executive floor is increasingly closing its eyes. A shame, because all in all a nice college under miserable leadership.

The ambulance team, two men and one woman were very touchy and professional at 6am, looking after a family emergency. Thanks alot.

The paramedic was outrageous, he showed no respect for age.
He played down the COPD diagnosis of the patient, did not want to take it with him !!!
Nobody really wants to deal with a terminally ill patient !!!

The paramedic has probably completely missed the job !!!!
