Louis has been doing my yard for about a year, I was his very first client when starting his lawn service & everything was going fine until we put a small tree in our backyard that he tagged with the weed eater causing it to die. He played dumb at first but I showed him where he hit it and exposed the interior. He agreed and said he would replace it after his kids birthdays and I said ok (tree was $60) even though it wasn't that expensive. A month later I texted about a time frame and he ghsted me so I contacted him a week later about getting the yard done and that's when it really went south. He said some things through text that were aggressive for no reason and gave me his home address to come fight him. He's cried about how hard my back yard is to cut which makes no sense and left one day after only doing half of it. He's not professional and shouldn't be doing this kind of work. I was nothing but good and accommodating to him and he told me to stay in my lane as a customer and don't question him. Pretty upset and disappointed customer over here. Please think before using his services, he may seem cool at first but his true colors will show at some point.
