Aramark Food Services is the food service provider for MacEwan University, where I am a student. It is obvious that the staff are not trained properly, as the customer service is abhorrent. I've gone so far as to email the manager about the awful service, and received a fairly apathetic response. They are infamous on campus for being terrible.

Terrible food. They run the cafeteria of my residence and it is unsanitary and disgusting. Not only does the food taste terrible, it is not served at correct temperatures which means that we get food poisoning from lukewarm food that is often not fully cooked. The chicken is raw half the time, but aramark claims it is just pink since it is halal??? It's definitely not cooked. So many students have gotten food poisoning that we have contacted AHS and they are handling the situation.

The Aramark remote services division in Edmonton is absolutely TERRIBLE! It's not what you know or how well you do your job, it's all about WHO you know!

Some supervisors and camp managers are completely unfit to be in the positions they are in. Upper management has formed an alliance with a select few, dismissing the genuine concerns of hard-working valuble employees.

Avoid this place like the plague!

April 3, 2017 at 3:00pm, I witnessed a driver for your company make numerous illegal and dangerous maneuvers while driving from downtown Edmonton to Connors Road. At a traffic circle during this time, they incorrectly used a traffic circle, failing to yield to the right of way, as well as changed lanes repeatedly without using signal lights. At 83 St and 84 Ave, at a seniors' residence with a busy pedestrian crosswalk, your driver drove through the crosswalk without yielding to the pedestrians crossing. In the city of Edmonton, this offense is 4 demerits and a $575 fine. I was unable to get the license plate; however, the truck number was 128000. I expect that this driver's actions will be reviewed and suitably reprimanded.
