I would give them less than one star if it was possible. I work for a company that has used Aramark services for a number of years and every couple of weeks they will short me uniforms to the point I will have to wear the same uniform for multiple days. I work in a very dirty environment and the last thing I want to do is a dirty uniform. Time and time again they say they will take care of the issue but it never gets resolved. I would never suggest using there service.

This company is ran by complete morons. Our plant used them briefly to furnish mats and mop heads and we ended up going under and cancelled our account in July. These geniuses picked up their stuff AND HAVE BEEN BILLING US SINCE JULY LAST YEAR!!! We have spoken with every district manager in the country and no one will fix this. They are complete trash DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I would also give less than one star if possible. I turned in 6 shirts that needed exchanged for a bigger size. It took this company SIX MONTHS to return my shirts with the new size. And even after six months, the shirts were only 50% correct. 3 of them were the right size, the other three were not. That was months ago, I still have not gotten my three other shirts back. Each week I asked our rep what was going on, was told that "someone" keeps cancelling his request. It also took this company over 2 months to get me some loaner shirts. My coworkers have issues getting their items back after cleaning, and have many incidences where a shirt was returned "clean" that was actually filthy and untouched. This place is absolutely terrible, and I hope my municipality drops them soon.
