By far one of the worst insurance companies I have come across. Staff are completely incompetent and they seem to be unaware of their job. Was asked to approve something and all I got was bunch of inexperienced people who don't even understand the method by which they approve things. All I got from the phone call I made twice was frustration and nothing done. Even the doctor was baffled by their incompetence. I don't blame him.
One thing is for sure, avoid at all costs in the future!!! If you have to get another insurance on top of them- get it!!!
