Nice. Clean comfortable hotel Apartments, very nice location not far from Dubai Internet city metro station. Many restaurants cofee shops and super markets around the hotel. The staff are very helpful and polite. Finally the room rate is quite reasonable. Actually comparing to room facilities the price is considered not expensive at all.

Stayed there. But this time not good service. No value for money. Not recommemded. They hav to improve a lot.

Hotel is OK, but the Staff are horrible. Extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. I am not generalizing either! Stayed for a week and it was consistent with the day and night staff. Must be a horrible place to work as everyone is so depressed!

Was upgraded from studio room to one bedroom for free. Parking is free. Service is good. Location near to marina.

I stayed in superior studio apartment For a week neat and clean apartment. Service is good too.reading the review I thought it might turn out bad. But it's good then I expected. Affordable and peaceful stay . Except for the location who want to visit centre of Dubai might stuck in traffic. Rest is all fine. Can go for it.

I recommend the apartment very clean spacious the negative point is the pool very cold 18 degrees home top.

The spacious apartment, would lack tv in the room, the kitchen well equipped, on the 16th floor good views

But it needs a re-furnishing in the past it was very clean .. I hope it goes back as before .. The location of the hotel is very excellent

Good hotel for both short or long stays. Great service and nice staff. I had some issues the first night informed the staff and they fixed it directly and professionally.

Not very good cleaning in our room in the kitchen and bathroom especially now, during Covid 19 pandemic.
And the air conditioning was making a weird noise, we had to switch it off during the night in order to get some sleep.
And overall in the room a weird smell...
I wouldn't recommend it...

Simply the best . it's my first time to try apatments, but what I find makes me like the it . simply clean , quite, great stuff, great postion . I like it so much and God willing I will be here every time I visit Dubai.

Staying in a studio apartment with a little kitchenette, washing machine etc, for a month. It is a non-smoking floor but constantly smells of ciggies! There are roaches in the kitchen and toilet! The shower holder is broken, the bathroom fittings are old, rusted and outdated. Need a desperate overhaul! At AED.4,200/- pm, I expect a little better!

From the reception to the accommodation. It was beautiful all the way. I couldn't wait to get back to my apartment each time

Apartment Hotel located in a fairly busy Barsha Heights area.
The hotel itself is a bit dated.
The double bed is actually 2 mattresses on a box spring. Very unpleasant to sleep 2.
For example the TV is not HD which complicates connections with Apple TV or computer. Especially since this type of hotel is made to stay for a long time.
The staff are pleasant.
The location of the hotel is quite good even though it takes 15 minutes to reach the nearest metro station. Carrefour market open 24/7 is less than 3 minutes walk.

It's ok to stay. All amenities just ok. There are mosquitoes in the rooms is the big minus. No sleepers provided. No carpet in all area,just covered some area. Water bottles provided only on arrival day , following day not provided.

The place is clean and the ambiance is good. It was peaceful. Though there is always room for improvement, they have done an overall good job with the facility. I hope the stay is as comfortable and worthwhile as it seems to be.

Good for weekend or longer time while working. Just a place to live, rather than hotel.

The service is good .... but the price is overpriced

Nice place to stay. Close to the mall of Emirates and the beach. Location was good. But it was far from the Dubai Mall, gold souk, Creek, dolphinarium, Burj khalifa.
