I'm writing to express my regrets with Arabian Falcon Holidays. I and my husband felt into their cage right from Dubai airport March 2020. We were invited as usual to their office the next day. We met one Mr Haisam El Rayash who talked us into acquiring properties in the hope of making huge profits. We invested huge sum of monies and even brought some other people to buy. Uptil date no profits and we are being forced to complete down payments. We want out of the deal...but seem stock. Don't get fooled into acquiring any properties with them. It's a big scam permitted by the Dubai government to target tourists.

The timeshare property that we have is centrally located and a very upmarket building. It has been well maintained and most of all the staff are excellent in their duties.

These people are nothing but scams. Scheming liars. Don't allow them part with your money.

This is one of the biggest organized SCAM in Dubai targeted at unsuspecting tourists. Every tourist should beware of Arabian Falcons and their likes. They use ambush marketing strategies to corner couples and families. They make all manners of false promises to extract a deposite from their victims, once the deposits are extracted, the games will begin. In there documentation, they will suppress the terms and conditions that are obviously against you, and as soon as you discover the games and ask for refund, they will pull up those dubious terms in defense of their decision not to refund your money.

The biggest scam in Dubai! Lairs and conmen. I wonder why the government of Dubai tolorates such a stain on their name! They give false information. Daytime robbery!

A top marketing company, the sales agent took his time to explain to me everything about my holiday ownership in Bonnington , also i have enjoyed using my weeks so far Bonnington Tower is very nice!

They a cost unsuspecting tourists with promises of time shares. They tell lies, refuse to show the contract and use all tactics to extract money. There is one called Bilal. I say run. He is a super liar.

Beware this thing is not any holidays agency. It's a real estate agent. Their target are only tourists and their agents are really good in marketing. So how this thing really works? In DXB Airport, they have their agent posted 24hrs daily and they will approach mostly African and Asian tourists as we are easily recognized by our brown skin. So they will tell you to attend a meeting which will take ~2hrs and where there will have a carnaval accompanied by a buffet lunch. After that they will gift us 2 tickets per person depends on what tours you will choose. The agent will tell you to tell the real estate agent that you are a business man. It was our 1st time in Dubai and we had only 3 days stay over and gift like that you will not let go. So we reached there and met with mostly African and Asian tourists. They have agents who can talk different languages and they will welcome you very nicely and then direct to their desk. They will explain you about their products and depends on you if you are ready to afford. This may take more than 2 hours. After that meeting, the agent was very annoyed as we did not agree to their proposal and also there was no carnaval and nor any lunch. The good things they handed to us the tickets and by that time it was already 16h00 and at that time you cannot attend any activities as you have to book earlier. This means one whole day of your holiday wasted just there. The ticket was valid for tomorrow activity and the tour operator provided was an amateur. So guys hope this will help you.

Terrible misselling. They give wrong information with a promise of xyz Free trip at this and that time only to get to their offices to realise they are actually selling you project for investments. If only they could do the right thing to get the right people on board.
