Arabella nights turned out to be a very nice place, food is amazing and the open air ambiance is superb. Live entertainment after iftar and during Suhur

This place in New Cairo is a residential and entertainment resort.

First time there ,i was met with rude employees and incompetence, i called the day before to ask if i should reserve they said no. I go there to sit on the lounge chairs by the pool a worker comes up to me and says all lounge chairs are booked by owners. Later another one says its not owners its something else. A summer day wasted. You are better off getting a day use in dusit thani or a hotel close by

This is a very nice country club. It's moderate in size has both male and female changing rooms. The atmosphere is pleasant and quite. Staff are very friendly. The only problem was the pool was ice cold to the point that you couldn't get in even though it was a very hot day. Aside from that very nice and I will be going again soon.

Squash, tennis and football academies are available.

I attended Ramadan iftar here it was good.
Good food and clean bathroom.

The best place to live a very quit and luxurious compound it has the best villas and a malll and a club and its a great place to live and have fresh air

Its terrible the staff were so mean and I had a wedding it went perfectly but the staff refused to put the food at the table for the wedding guests and also the cake my finance and I had to carried the food there then the lady responsible almost stopped the wedding just because she wanted to double the price then all the workers came and tried to take some of the food but we stopped them then they looked at our food and they arent supposed to be in my wedding so we got my dogs to scare them off and it worked wedding in a church is much better thank the lord I dont live in eygpt im from florida and i hate hate hate arabella park im never seeing this peice of trash I call a club again. Its so bad i reccomend you do a wedding at home church,mosque or whatever the indian places to pray is.

The rudest staff I have ever encountered in Egypt. Unbelievable experience. I will never set foot in this establishment again. I have been to countless country clubs, all over the world, and never have I met with such disrespect. I was refused to speak with the manager or GM by ground staff.

I attended a wedding here and it was really cool. The catering was top shelf and everything was spot on

If you want to spend a nice day by the pool thats the right place

Nice weather, natural scenes, good decoration, nice service.

Its a private club, a nice place to spend time at and watch some football matches on the big screen infront of the pool.

The place is really excellent ... lots of rest and quiet .. away from the hustle

I'm not sure what happened to this place, but this has been the worst experience ever. We booked a day to enjoy easter holidays and everything was going fine

We arrived late and missed breakfast, they told us they'd give us complimentary juice because we missed our breakfast which was a nice gesture. We kept waiting and waiting and no one got us anything. We asked the same person and she said, I didn't say any of this.

When we made the booking they said that during the breakfast and lunch, it will be open beverage. The woman after failing to keep her promise of a complimentary drink (that we didn't ask for), she said that drinks are not included.

All of that is a story, and the other story is that we're going to enjoy a quite and nice easter to be surprised with HUGE speakers and a very very degraded level of songs, if it is to be called songs. We couldn't talk to each other because simply we cannot hear each other.

At the end of the day, we asked for Pepsi and they said there isn't any pepsi left although I can see some on the table.

Never going back again, and I will encourage everyone I know to never think of that place again.

The place is more than wonderful where privacy, safety, tranquility and peace of mind

Went to a wedding there. The place itself is very nice. The lady responsible is very rude and was about to ruin the wedding just to make sure she gets more money out of it
