Too bad .. nuisance kids and Reuters what to ask in customers !!!

There is a great and quiet cafe, great and acceptable prices and they have fish tanks
And a crocodile, snake and water turtle, worth the experience, and there is a restaurant that works dinner

Wonderful place, very nice and I would recommend it

Very economical place with a great and we'll maintained theme. Located in the center of Riyadh ideal for people who have to travel in any direction. On weekdays to roads nearby gets very crowded though.

Rooms are very spacious, comfy, beautifully designed and we'll maintained. Bathroom are cool and all kind of toiletries are available. No minibar but there is a small refrigerator.

IPTV was not working properly, but the cafe was amaizing with aquariums everywhere, even the coffee tables were small aquariums havimg a variety of fishes. There are quite a few restaurants, mosques, and general store

We loved every bit of our stay.

The ambience in their Cafe is good and unique. Tables are aquariums full of fishes. The turtles, snake, crocodile and fishes are very refreshing to see inside the Cafe.

2.5 star hotel with seminar venue at basement. Cheap hotel in terms of feature not price.

The hotel is great and clean, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are good and the breakfast is delicious and varied

You can see live crocodile and python in the coffee shop area. The rooms are big. The services are not to the mark. The people are friendly, courteous and attentive. There is fewer options for vegetarians like bread, cornflakes and baked potato.

To be honest, the hotel

The location is excellent for me and the Ministry of Housing is directly in front of me, but crosses the street

Only one bathroom
The bed is uncomfortable
Pillows were not comfortable for us
The brushes are a little tired

Lack of nearby groceries

Warning: Do not take an apartment with breakfast. Very, very poor

Room spacious even the bathroom.
This hotel has mini zoo with snake, crocodile, turtles & different kind of fish.
Room were clean.
Staffs were friendly eventhough we have some problem due to language barrier.
Good for weekend getaway and meeting.
Wifi signal was good.
Great ambience.
Food are cheap and quite delicious.

Some room were not wheelchair accessible and the bed is too high. Good we manage to change to more accessible room in 1st floor.

The price is very expensive and overpriced for a 3 star hotel and the location is difficult to get a car because it is between three ministries of health, housing, zakat and income and also the administrative court buffet for a fixed price buffet but if you take coffee for example pay 11 riyals if you eat breakfast with 22 with coffee. Some times the dishes and cups are not so clean as to the thorns and spoons and the salad is unfortunately not fresh eating generally less than average for quality. I hope those who have come here appreciate what they have seen.

OK place.... Room service and cofee shop is good.... Food doesn't taste that great..... No value for money

Service and quality of food and cleanliness and good hospitality more than wonderful .. The food only is not varied but carefully chosen to suit all tastes and high quality .. The view of fish everywhere in the buffet more than wonderful especially for children in addition to the crocodile in the lobby .. Frankly was my visit The breakfast buffet at the hotel is wonderful and I will repeat it, God willing.

Comfort apartments are comfortable and clean and carry a lot of name where you can find aquariums and living things in the fringes of this hostel

Will definitely come back again to such a nice hotel.
