Absolutely fantastic experience with AquaMarine, from booking to the diving! We booked a six day "dive safari" and, with the exception of a couple hotels before and after diving, AquaMarine handleded all the details. This made our first trip to Bali an amazing experience. Our dive master Aan was fantastic. Our gear was set up for us each dive, the briefings were detailed, and underwater he pointed out all sorts of critters we would have missed otherwise. He even helped my wife dial in her buoyancy with her new equipment. We will definitely use AquaMarine next time we're on Bali.

I have dived a number of dives with Aquamarine Diving -Bali and each time proved to be a thoroughly well organised and professional experience.
Starting with the pick up by AMD transport, clean well maintained vehicles. Friendly knowledgeable drivers, and water available for your journey.
Your dive guide is with you from start to finish to provide any help or information should you require any.
Dive Guides knowledge of the dive sites is top notch, and you feel you have space to dive, but a great guide to show you all those little special creatures, plus to help navigate currents or any tricky situations. After diving we spent time looking at photos, and ID-ing the various animals that we saw during our dives, again Guides have a great knowledge to help out with critter questions.
Lunch can either be a packed lunch which is pre-ordered or at a local eatery.
The dive guides drivers and support office staff always seem to be able to help out with any other issues, like ringing a restaurant for your evening return, or forgotten items left at the dive site etc
Very well run, and friendly operation which creates a great balance between being professional but personable and fun.

Going snorkel twice with AquaMarine's fun guides (Putu-Rizal-Khotaman) made me want to explore more under water. After my Intro-dive at Blue Lagoon, I finally had my Open Water certified. The instructor, Marta, was knowledgeable, safety conscious, patient and helpful. The staff were amazing, friendly and fun too (from people behind the desk to people behind the steer). The equipment boys were so helpful that I could get my gears perfectly fit. Thank you AquaMarine for a great taste of scuba diving and enabling me to say: "I'm A Diver!" :D

Really incredible experience. Such insane reefs and they really know Nusa Penida well. I had an epic Nusa day trip along with a Tulamben one. The dive masters are extremely well equipped and it felt like a world class experience.
Great value for money, too- picked me up all the way from Canggu to spend 8 hours in the car driving to Tulamben and back!

From start to finish, my son's participation in Aquamarine's Bubblemaker program was a memorable and eye-opening experience for both my ten year old son Dian and his parents. Dian was fitted out with child-sized scuba diving equipment and got his first ever chance to experience real scuba diving under the direct care and supervision of a PADI Pro in water shallower than two meters. Learning by this method was a crucially important part of learning how to dive. Dian's instructor Pak Aan was very patient, repeating important details and exercises several times, explaining what was going to take place with always a special emphasis on safety." Safety first, fun later, he said.

Dian s training lasted two hours and my son breathed underwater for around 40 minutes. Most importantly, undertaking the program puts him on the right track towards diving certification, the hands-on instruction to qualify and prepare him for a proper dive course this fall in open water. I wish I could enrol him right now while the skills are still fresh in his head, but we have to wait until he s a year older when he will be qualified to take the PADI Junior Open Water Diver course, enabling him to dive up to a depth of 12 meters. In addition to receiving valuable and practical diving instruction, the experience boosted Dian s confidence.

I started diving with AquaMarine Diving - Bali in 2011 so I thought it time to let people know one of Bali's best kept secrets!
AMD-B have remained my favourite dive company whether I am on a dive safari or just a day dive. The service is always the same - fabulous! The Dive staff are some of the most experienced dive guides in Bali and I always feel safe and incredibly well looked after. Their dive site knowledge is second to none.
The service is amazing. The staff will carry your gear anywhere you want to go and nothing is too much trouble. The transports are comfortable and well maintained as is the dive gear. The big windows in the mini-buses are fabulous for sight seeing on the way to the dive sites - they even stop to let me take photos! I love boat diving with this company as their boats are very spacious and purpose built, with plenty of room to move about even with your kit on and I can make a coffee or hot chocolate. It's just like home!
I have seen some of the rarest and most sort after fish in the world diving with AMD staff - from the tiniest Pygmy Seahorses to the giant and wondrous Mola-Mola. Every dive with AMD is an adventure into another world.
AquaMarine Diving - Bali has always been my first choice when diving in Bali and I look forward to many more wonderful diving adventures with my Bali dive family. I recommend to anyone who wants to do their PADI dive courses, or to just enjoy a recreational dive to choose AMD-B. Great work and I hope to see you all again very soon.

We chose this place cause it was close to our villa.

We were 4 of us and 2 of us wanted to do the Open Water Cert and 2 of my friends just the discovery dive to the USAT wreck.

Due to the volcano we couldn't go to the USAT site but went to Padang bay.

Our instructor for the OW Cert was great. Patient and polite. We had fun.

My friends who came along for the discovery dive had a horrible time. It was far than horrible it was unsafe. Their instructor was rude to begin with. One friends suit didn't fit and he could hardly breath. They didn't have a spare. Couldn't believe that. Their instructor gave them a small briefing then straight into the deep sea. My friends had to learn directly in the ocean. They did no mask drills or regulator drills. Very unsafe.

The instructor took them straight down and didn't heed the 'go up' signals given by my friends at multiple times. He pulled them down and was pinching my woman friend if she used her arms to swim. They paid for 2 dives but only did one as they were scared.

While we had a good time my friends had a horrible time and i would say they were unsafe. Do not go with AMD-B. They don't care.

We emailed them and all they said was sorry and we will not renew the contract of the instructor. No offer of a partial refund even as they didn't do the 2nd dive due to the instructor. We didn't bother asking for one cause we don't want to deal with them anymore and are planning to complain to PADI as the instructor didn't go up when asked to which is very unsafe.

My hubby and I did an amazing best of Bali diving safari with Aquamarine last February. We had the best experience and tons of pics to show back home and make our fellow divers at the dive club jealous! Hope to do the same diving safari in October with the club and see the Mola Mola! I first met AquaMarine Diving - Bali in 2000. Excellent service, instructors and guides. My first choice for diving in Bali.

A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I did 2 trips with Aquamarine - one snorkelling trip to Nusa Penida and one scuba trip to Tulamben. Both were amazing!! On the snorkelling trip we saw HEAPS of Manta Rays which was so amazing and the scuba diving trip was my girlfriend's first time ever scuba diving (she loved it!). All the guides were amazing - very approachable, friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. Sometimes I find with organisations or activities like this the guides are always so nice but I feel embarrassed to tell them if I have any fears or anxieties - but everyone at Aquamarine was amazing with this! They are so approachable and human and I felt really comfortable with them. Everything was really well organised and there was a lot of communication before they day. Our guides were Jo, Inal, and Cynthia and we organised everything beforehand with Natalie. This organisation is clearly very committed to conservation as well, which is so important in a dive center. Thank you so much everyone at Aquamarine - we definitely plan to be back!!

The team at AquaMarine Diving is outstanding. We hade the greatest diving experience while we stayed in Semanyak. Not only because they took us to the great dive sites of Bali, not only because they where very professional, not only because everything was perfectly organized (from booking to transport and gear etc.), but most of all because the staff was super friendly and helpful in all situations. A special thanks to Pito and Aan and Rama for taking care of us. You guys where amazing and made our vacation very special.

i have dived with Aquamarine several times, and even took my Advanced Diving course with them. 5 Star rating - excellent from arriving early for pickups, free water in the bus, great dive masters, towels etc. Highly recommended!

At first, I did not have much information about Aqua Marine Diving - Bali, since recommendation from my friend was the only thing I knew about the place.
But soon I realized I didn't have to worry at all. Smooth organizing of PADI AW course, detailed coaching and instruction from diving masters, and assistance from crew members made my diving experience invaluable(not to mention the great diving buddy!)
If I get a chance to visit Bali again, I will definitely contact AMD-B to go for another adventure!

I did an Introductory Dive in Blue Lagoon back in April 2015. The Divemaster, Putu, was absolutely amazing and showed such patience with everything from getting me into the gear to finally being under water.
Once under water he pointed out marine life that my untrained eye would have never seen and he assured that both dives were a wonderful experience - I couldn't (and still can't) believe that it has taken me more than 40 years to try diving.

I'd always wanted to try diving. Bali seemed a beautiful and perfect spot for it. As I was going there anyway I did some research and chose Aquamarine Diving. They gave me the confidence to finally give it a go due to their careful and thorough instructions. I've not regretted it for a second! Maybe my first but definitely not my last diving experience. If I go back to Bali some day I'll turn to Aquamarine Diving for another great experience.

Went with 3 other divers recently and loving the experience. Our DM Mitra? Was super attentive and considerate to one of our diver friend who isn't as confident in the water and he constantly guided her around and checks up on us the entire time.

Nice boat with toilet on it (very important for someone like me who can't pee in the wetsuit), lunch and towels provided. Oh if you're an xxxl size shirt, make sure you bring your own wetsuit as they don't have the size for it and water is VERY COLD (about 23 celcius at Manta Bay). Would recommend to others.

Just finished my certification yesterday. I loved working with AquaMarine Diving. All of the instructors were great, I did the training by myself and I always felt safe and knew what the plan was. I particularly appreciated my instructor, Putu, he was knowledgable and made sure that my dive buddy and I walked away truly understanding everything. I'm a bit of a perfectionist (borderline OCD) and Putu was the perfect blend of responsibility and fun - he was thorough and detailed, which I really appreciated.

P.S. We wore our masks around everyone and just took them off quickly to take this picture.

We had an incredible 3 weeks diving all over Bali with AquaMarine. Annabel put together a fantastic adventure for us, including a private van, driver, and dive guide. By carrying tanks in the van, we were able to access dive sites that are not available to most divers because of no local infrastructure. We did the coast of the whole island, and had an experience like no other dive trip we had ever taken. Our guide was incredibly experienced, and it was a private trip for just two people for about the same price as staying at a dive resort. Highly recommended! These people know what they are doing.

My first experience of intro at Tulamben with AquaMarine is amazing.
Start from clear information from office, on time pick up, the patience guide and great option of lunch.
They know how to make me feel save on the ocean, even i am not good swimmer.
I wish i had longer time for my holiday in Bali to take the course.
Well done, and see you guys on next holiday.

I've dived with AquaMarine on 3 separate occasions and each time was an absolute treat. Their professionalism is evident and they're also very helpful with planning of the dive trips including the logistics. Everything is very well organised and they're able to provide suggestions for all types of divers whether you're new to the sport or an amateur recreational diver. I highly recommend this dive centre and would definitely return on my next trip to Bali. Special callout to Aji for his patience whilst coordinating my group and the dive team that took us out on the water!

We had a really enjoyable 3 days worth of leisure dives with Aquamarine Diving. We felt extremely safe with our experienced dive master Aan who was very patient in guiding us as we have not dived for a year and needed a slight refresher before feeling more comfortable in the waters. Their team also took care of all the details such as timely hotel pickups, our lunch orders, clean towels to dry off, prepping our gears and hot beverages onboard such that all we have to do is just enjoy the dives. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to dive in Bali :)

It's already 10 years that I dive in Bali, but only recently I had the pleasure to get wet with Aquamarine!
Knowing how professional they are I was still very happy with the top service and facilities they provide right from the start. The transfers with Bus and Boat were smooth and very well timed, the helpers very helpful and the guides have great eyes and one can feel that they love what they are doing! I can only recommend Aquamarine to everyone who wants to be safe and enjoy wonderful dives to the fullest!

I did my AOW, and my girlfriend her DM, and Natalie was amazingly accommodating with our requests and schedule. Always happy to shuffle things around to suit us. We contacted a few diving centres, and AMD-B were always the first to get back to us, with the best info.

I went for my advanced dive with AquaMarine Diving. And it was a great experience. Mitra, the instructor was easy to be around with. He has many years of experiences and took great care of my friend and I during our dives. The passion he has for diving is obvious. The facilities (especially the boat) was well equipped with the diving gears. There was even instant hot drinks to help the divers to cope with the chilling water. A great great experience. Can't wait to go back to Bali for my next diving experience.

Just finished my 9-day dive vacation organised by AquaMarine Dive Centre.
A big shout out to Tour Consultant Vini who saw to it that everything was planned right down to the minutest detail and taking care of everything including answering my enless questions and clarifying my doubts.

Special thanks go out to my 2 capable dive instructors Inal who went through 2 courses with me. The Nitrox Dive and Peak Performance Buoyancy. Thanks to him my diving has improved with better understanding of how things work.

I especially liked the accommodations at the different dive sites. They were spacious and complete in amenities and had a relaxing atmosphere.

These guys were fantastic for my trip to Bali. I was in Indonesia for work and ended up having to stay for the weekend. Just a couple emails back and forth and I was set up for a 2 tank dive at the Liberty shipwreck. They picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel. I had my own divemaster for both dives. I told him what I wanted to see after the first dive and he knew right where to find them. The lunch was a nice touch. Its a long drive from Legian beach to the wreck so be prepared, but it was worth it.

As my holiday schedule was changing quite a bit, I didn't make any reservation until several days prior to the dive trip. My e-mails were answered very quickly and I was provided with all the necessary details without getting lost in all the "paperwork".

Very convenient that I could get picked up in Kuta and dropped back again in the afternoon. Rental equipments were very affordable and in a good condition. Nice boat, nice and welcoming crew & boat crew.
