The best view in the city. Fob access to enter building and move elevator. And a business center in lobby.

Great location in downtown Long Beach, building itself is rather institutional.

Terrible ran company. Almost cost me a closing because Dan picks violations at the last minute. HOA fees are crazy high for no reason. Pool is a joke. They let druggies roam free and use the elevator. AVOID.

I have lived here more than 6 years and I adore the place. The concierge staff are top notch and the views are priceless!

Beautiful view, but location is good for single person. Close to restaurants, market, banks, theater and many more options.

Staff is very attentive. Facilities are great. Location is unbeatable. I have other homes, but this is my favorite.

Condos are under litigation with builder. So it's not FHA or VA approved. And you can only use the builders lender.

The Ocean view is awsome......and my son lives there.

I LOVE living here. Nice staff, greats views, walking distance to restaurants bars and the beach!
