Horrible service and even worse customer service. My package was not delivered and when I asked for a refund they charged me for the return fees. Still haven't received my money back.

Ordered a 12-pack of water to my house. UPS driver didn't attempt delivery, so water was sent to a pickup point - after two failed attempts to collect it (it was sent to a small convenience store who keep irregular hours) it was returned so sender.



After exchanging a total of 11 emails, I asked twice for a refund and was refused - they are now ignoring my emails. Really shocking customer service for a company trying to survive in 2020.

They also support Boris Johnson if you're bothered by that sort of thing.

scammer, they said they deliver the order and handed it to someone in the building, but i never received it...no refund offer or other solution! Be aware!

used to be very good a reliable. Now terrible. overcharged on delivery, dont tell you when they cant fullful your order so youre left guessing if your items will come and when. When speak to CS, they promise to correct it, then nothing. After a good couple of years with no problem, im switching. Once my last bottle of contrex arrives (about 2 months overdue now)

Great company supplying premium waters not always easy to find particularly in bulk at a very reasonable rate. Delivery service is great.

After 4 years regular costumer I'm now done with these people all what they want is your money not intrest for helping the costumers the guy that answer the phone hanged up on me very bad experience never buy again that's for sure.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid if you can!!!!!!!

My order arrived early and the product is wonderful as expected.

This firm let down by DHL again and again. They seem to having a lot of problems getting their goods delivered reliably at a reasonable cost. I can get same waters cheaper and quickerr elsewhere now so bye bye aqua. Get shot of DHL is my advice.

Dreadful service still no 24 bottles after 9 working days,no contact as to why until I contacted them, I did not supply a phone number apparently but I never do it's private, what was stopping them using email. They said items were damaged More
