Have been with Aptude for more than 10 years now. They have made great strides in their IT staffing and consulting business with clients across various domains. Fortunate to be working with some great minds in management and delivery teams. Most projects I have worked so far have been long term and on latest technologies. Compensation has been great and lots of opportunities to watch and learn. Management is supportive. They encourage/help teams in their deliverables, meeting/exceeding client expectations.
