Scam! Overcharges for anything and won t give you any information if you ask for it! They shove your bills straight to collections the first chance they get. Worst company ever.

This places has the worst billing I have ever experienced. We recently had a child and our OB/St. Luke's used this company for labs. They did not bill a single one of the bills correctly to our insurance and sent us bills for literally every single service because her insurance denied every single claim since they don't bill correctly. I am talking about 15 plus bills. Over the course of this pregnancy I have been on the phone for at least 10 plus hours trying to get this stuff sorted out because they don't know how to bill correctly. It is a massive waste of my time. To be clear these were the only bills that got denied through the course of the pregnancy and every single one was able to be paid once they provided correct information to the insurance.

I have a bill for $2.86... cant login to the site, ZERO options to make an account.. what a joke of a company.

Call before paying any bill! Called my insurance first to confirm what I owed to apsmedbill.com and was told i owed 1/4 of the bill they sent to me. My insurance company said to call apsmedbill.com and have them call my insurance directly to fix the charge. When I called apsmedbill, they immediately changed my due amount to what I told them my insurance said it should be. No verifications, no phone calls. Rep said my account was a in a flagged queue of who knows how many other people that only 10 adjusters handle (with over 100 contracts with hospitals for billing). Seemed really suspect to adjust the amount right away with no verification. Definitely call your insurance first to see how much this company is actually suppose to bill before making any payments.

If I can give this place no stars I Would. Today Friday, May 21 I came into work I got a Covid vaccine yesterday evening didn t start getting symptoms till today this is my second dosage I was told during training which calls are supposedly recorded that if I needed to take the day off they have for every employee to do so for that reason I was told that all I needed to do was bring my card or send a copy I called off today because I started to get a fever and the personnel from HR which is a woman disrespecting me by stating that I wanted to take the day off due to an assumption I never had to go as far as a take a picture of the actual temperature I had and submit it to that person. Not only with that being said she also states that I need to bring in a doctor notice why should I have to pay a bill when I was already advised the symptoms that I will be receiving just to satisfy her when she s not the one that s going to pay for that bill what I would make in a week with them I would not even be able to pay those charges but with some of the other employees she had not gone that far to ask for all those documentations just the card I want to put this out there so that you know what you re getting into before starting the job I have not been there very long for her to talk to me in the way she did I had started that company on April 12Th and I did advise her on what I knew her answer was that she doesn t care because anybody in that building has to come to her and she s the one that makes all the decisions there. Please do not put Yourself into unprofessionalism. When I tried logging back in they blocked the computer system so I couldn t log back into my shift after recuperating. All they care about is contribution they don t care about the life of their employees or what their employees have going on.

Dr. Amanda Squires is a crook! She and Nurse Donna are scammers!
They say they don't run insurance. I tried to delay the procedure and they rushed me while i was on the phone with the insurance carrier. And then billed the pathology through this crooked firm and I have NO RESULTS!
Already filed an appeal and contacting CMS about these crooks! Like we don't have pathologists in Knoxville that are in the insurance system! BEWARE! Pathology Laboratories West Toledo, OH $1121.00 Out of Network! Nurse and Dr CROOKS!

This company refused to communicate with my fathers health insurance and they charged my father over $1300! They threatened to report him to collections and my tired and ill father gave in and payed these crooks! If I ever can sue these people I will gladly. If anyone wants to start a class action lawsuit I am all in!!!

They had the incorrect name and address. I never received any of the "bills". The total of the bill was $1.00. When I finally received the 1st bill, it was 10 months later. They probably spent $4.00 to make sure they got that $1.00. How does that make sense?

FRAUD. SCAM. Called to inquire about a bill, which only have a TOTAL line, with NO detailed line items. Called them, CS told me "I don't have time to tell you the individual line items".
They kept sending bills, I called back at least 6 more times, no one answers anymore, guess they realized I caught their fradulent scheme.

Terrible company, billed us before they received payment from insurance. Over paid bill by over $100 and now they disappear and don't respond as to when we will receive the refund of overpayment. 3 months in and we are still battling for the refund of overpayment!
