Outstanding burgers, visit the place because it will not let you down. Different types of meats to prepare your burger with, anywhere from bison to salmon, you can even chose one with peanut butter among it's ingredients, pineapple is another interesting choice. Burgers are juicy, savory with a great combination of different flavors all in friendly, casual atmosphere. I am definitely coming back to this one.

The service is also great. Food came out super fast. My family went here 3 times in our week in town and each time was rock solid!
After comming here a couple times I would say this is way better then backdoor. The prices are relatively the same for a burger and frys but apres burger beats them. The burgers are nice and large and come with lots of frys. Located right on the mountain it was perfect for lunch cause not many people were there and we were able to be sat right when we walked in. 10/10 would eat here again.
This place had delicious Barada and a wonderful winter salad. It was really cute inside and had no service. The burgers really good deal we got them with lettuce wraps and they were great.
Two of us had a wonderful meal here. My friend s Burger was big and juicy and my vegetarian Burger was perfect, too, add the delicious fries and you have a winner! Service was great, price very fair, we will come again.
We came for a nice relaxing breakfast. The food was mediocre some dishes definitely better than others. Avocado toast was great. The French toast reminded me of the type of French toast one would get at a hotel buffet.
Table next to us brought in their dog that barked and lunged at my daughter several times disrupting the entire restaurant.

We ate dinner here and we got the full send fries and the gnarly nutter burger. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. The portions were outstanding. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the sounds of the stream running under the bridge below. The servers were amazing and on top of everything even though we got there right as the dinner rush was coming on. This is a wonderful spot off the main drag in Steamboat. Worth the trip and highly recommended!
Great food and it s nice to sit outside on the deck if it s warm. Service is terrible. There were zero customers inside the restaurant but that s where the staff spends all of their time. Not checking to see if you need anything or if your food is ok. Just...here s your food, here s your bill. Expensive. Two burgers, two beers over $70. Would be nice to have the service that should come a long with that!
Walking into the Bistro was like stepping back into the early 1900s. The bar is from the 1903 Worlds Fair and just the overall atmosphere really sets the tone for a nice meal and drink.
I ordered " The Bomb Burger " medium with a side of fries .
The burger was cooked to a perfect medium temp and was surprisingly big . You can really taste the smoked bacon and the burger was very well seasoned with no lack of flavor. The house cut fries were honestly some of the best i have ever had . After a short drive home i expected the fries to be soggy but to my surprise there were still very crispy with no sogginess at all.
The staff was very friendly and informative when i asked questions about their location and the antique bar / furniture . You are going to spend 20$ on a burger and fries but honestly it was worth it and I'll be back for sure :) . Great addition to Steamboat .
