I work as a special education teacher at a grade school. We use Appointmentplus here and love it. Since we implemented the scheduling software the process of scheduling parent teacher conferences has become much smoother. We email the link to the parents and they self-schedule online. We found that the text message and email reminders really helped reduce the missed appointments. Before we used this software scheduling the parent teacher conferences was a very messy process.

I've worked with this company for a while and all in all I would say that it's worth reasonable priced monthly fee. There employees or customer service are pretty caring and helpful. Sometimes they do get busy and you got leave a voice message but as long as you call them within business hours they usually call you back. My favorite things about this company's calendar software is that you can adjust the settings soo many different ways both on the user and customer side to be able to customize it to fit your growing company needs and helps businesses.

Lots of 1 star reviews and I can see why. I guessing some of the ones 5 star ones are fake to push the real ones down.The customer service is not good, the product is no good, the management is awful and does not stand behind their product. I was told by the chief revenue office Ken Starr that he has never even used the system. . The interface is bad, sloppy and slow, the system has multiple redundant clicks, it was designed by people that have never use the system. I have spent so much money getting this system up and running and then just walked away from it and am paying 2x for Booker because it works. If you want to spend 30 seconds and 7 clicks to swipe a credit card then this is the system for you. I have email at length with management and no one cares. I work and live in Scottsdale just down the street and offered to show them how bad it works and they declined and just said a different version is coming out. Well I can't afford to wait around for that.
