Lindsay is probably the most competent mortgage person I know and just a pleasure to work with as a buyer. She is sharp as a tack and so speedy to provide approvals, preapproval letters, quotes for interest rates and mortgages, and the paperwork when it's time to sign the mortgage itself. She is also really nice and makes a very stressful process more of a friendly transaction with her as a trusty guide to walk you through the process. She is absolutely trustworthy and all the real estate agents will be more likely to feel confident a transaction will go through if she is your mortgage person. My agent, also a cracker-jack agent, first recommended I work with Lindsay and I quickly discovered why. She's really steller.
