Overbilled echocardiogram by $4k. If your interested in helping control medical costs do not use. $5k is their standard price for a procedure that costs a max of $1k anywhere else.

Girlfriend went for colonoscopy, stuck her six times couldn't get IV in, the anesthesiologist had to do it and it went in first try. Have to sign a waiver in case something goes wrong.... Shows how crappy the staff is. Now we're in the hospital week later because of complications from said colonoscopy. Horrible nurses!!!! Would never recommend this place!!!! Do not go here!!!!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I had my first appointment yesterday with the resident Dr. Ramos. He spent so much time talking with me and truly seemed to care about the issues I am having. His supervising physician Dr. Amparo came in after just to confirm the the info Dr. Ramos had given me and Dr. Amparo was just as wonderful as the resident. The front staff and nursing staff was also friendly and caring. I highly recommend this internal medicine facility!

Parking sucks. Been a problem for quite a while. Give yourself ample time before your appointment for lot cruising.

Suite 140.came in after serious side effects for a doctor prescribed medication.They talk a lot behind your back laugh and didn't take me serious. All cause a doctor mistake diagnosed me.I begged to see a neurologist they told me no.They hooked me up with ENT doctor it did absolutely nothing but waste time and gas.I switched my doctor I am now waiting on a neuro doc.Thank you Lord . Next time please treat your patient like a human being it's they body you don't wait for a car to fall apart before you try and fix it do you.I wish a would have never messed with that prescription.they scheduled me for a later date I showed up and when I got there they told me they didn't take my insurance no more.thanks for waste ng my time. I am scared I will never be right again. They did nothing for me.

I have had only pleasant experiences each time I've been there. Great customer service especially for the volume of people served. I definitely recommend to others and will continue to use their services.

We have been to Apple Hill numerous occasions. My wife is having a surgical proceedure Thursday. During her pre-op call, she was told to use entrance "G". Where is entrance "G"? This is has occured many times. Could not find any help on your web site. Some of your employees don't know either. Some type of diagram/drawing would help. I have had neighbors express similar concerns. Thank you for a prompt response. Ralph Nelson

Very well organized, extremely friendly and communicated very well. A professional team of at least four people from start to finish.

Everything in one place, way better than York Hospital. GREAT Cancer Center. Friendly people. I prefer Apple Hill.

Need to have better directories. Spent fifteen minutes trying to find the orifice i needed. No one was around to help.

I've used the lab over 20x always quick accurate mostly good custermer service with a smile!

Wellspan and Apple Hill are just awful. Takes forever to get an appointment. Referred to wrong doctor twice. Takes months to get scheduled for joint replacement. Can't walk and in chronic pain but will not do ANYTHING for the pain. Went to an appointment for an MRI at the time that was given me, they were not able to perform the procedure due to the fact that they over booked and nobody wanted to stay 10 minutes past five to complete the procedure. Had to reschedule for a week later. A week when you are in extreme chronic pain is an eternity. Surgeon is a megalomaniac.

Was told the OPEN MRI was OPEN and drove over 3 hours round trip to find out it was the typical MRI machine that I could have done locally ... Also the results can not be found months later with WELLSPAN faculty ( my local doctor )

consitently horrible service. always under staffed. always behind schedule. staff treats patients and their familys with disrespect. staff has no empathy and does not respect its patients

For the most part, Apple Hill is great. Until today, see my mother has THREE auto immune diseases. Yeah I know, that s a lot, but it s true. Anyway, she called in and said she might be a little late. So we drove there and then when she comes back out, she s crying and tells me that they won t accept her. And here s the funny part when she called, they said that WOULD still accept her. But oh, I guess not. So if you re ever late to an appointment, don t expect to be seen by your doctor.

I did at one time love this office but it's has gone down hill fast. I have serious medical conditions and takes forever to receive an appointment. Uncaring call center, you can never speak with a nurse in office. I will be looking for new office. Patients should always come first and emergency appointments should be made. Wellspan has become horrible in general.

I've driven numerous family members to and from here and they all seem to be satisfied with the level of service. That being said the staffs ability to give directions to which building to go to is a bit to be desired. Make sure to ask which building, not just the suite number, and your experience shouldn't be that bad.

Today I sat and waited an hour and 15 minutes to see heather hazlett All she could say is sorry the day got away from me And it took a lot for her to say that. I had to go out snd tell somebody that I have been sitting in waiting over an hour. There she is sitting on her butt supposed to be reading my chart. This is unacceptable. I also witnessed a guy leaving because he too had been waiting for a while and couldn t wait any longer. Nothing was said about anyone being behind,nobody came to tell me anything. I m supposed to have a follow up with her after my mri but it will be with the doctor not this want to be doctor.

Terrible customer service in the cardiology department in suite 200. On the phone as well as in person the front office staff is unprofessional and rude. They do not take their time in solving your issues and have you do half of their job for them. If you are having chest pains I don't recommend going there because they'll just give you more issues then you began with.
