Very worst experience i had with the interview process. They conduct the interview and after final round discussion no response. As they asked me to wait for 1 week and after one week again they asked to wait for 2 more weeks for salary discussion with management team and after that no reply. Very irresponsible HR team. Its my kindly request, if you are not interested to hire someone then why you guys are sceduling the interview and wasting the time of the employess who are strugling to get jobs.

Hey guys. Guess what.....don't trust this company. They will select you and make you to put papers in current company. But after sometime they will trigger an email like...project is on hold and hence we are not able to provide to DOJ.

HR- who Very doesn't value the candidate while talking on call.she is very dominating . As a HR she should response for email or calls. But she never does that, only she calls or respond if n only if they have any benefits.

HR ask other employees to call us and tell to search other companies.

Finally, they will play with your life. Becarefull

I got a call from Appiness. They just ask me 3 to 4 technical questions in reactjs and assigned a task. That task is not easy it takes 2 days to implement. And it's not easy to manage office time and tasks. anyhow I completed that task when the code is shared by GitHub. After the next day, they can't receive my call or no reply in mail. Surprise thing is that HR (F......) Mobile no also switch off. how can u do this type of thing with 3+ years experience candidate? I have no doubt it's a fack company.
