I've had a rather underwhelming experience. The scheduling process was confusing, and it took longer than expected for someone to arrive. When the plumber finally came, there were some communication issues regarding the repairs needed. I felt like my concerns weren't fully addressed. 🔧 It seems like there's room for improvement in both service efficiency and customer care. Overall, not quite what I hoped for. 😕
