Somos una empresa Europea, encargamos una máquina de grabado , pagamos la maquina y no nos entregaron la maquina y no nos devuelven el dinero.Llevamos un año tratando de solucionar y dandole opciones y nos marean continuamente para no devolvernos el dinero. No recomendamos les compren maquinaria.

We are a European company, we ordered an engraving machine, we paid for the machine and they did not deliver the machine to us and they do not refund our money. We have been trying to solve and give you options for a year and they continuously make us dizzy so as not to refund our money. We do not recommend buying machinery from them.
