I have to agree with most of the things stated in these poor reviews. It is difficult to get a human being on the phone. When you leave a message, often times you don't get a call back. They are VERY disorganized. I gave them a method of payment and they charged my backup method instead. Rather than charging me via the method of payment indicated in my file at the time the supplies are sent, I get past due notices for 2-3 months and then they charge my backup method of payment without notice. My doctor sent me to these people and they are not good at what they do. I need to let my doctor know so they can make another recommendation.

Horrible response. I am active duty military and received my CPAP and supplies while stationed at LA AFB in El Segundo. Though I did eventually receive the re-supplies, the woman in the office who handles CPAP supplies is rude, cuts you off and makes it seem your fault that you have to update your address more than once. I called September 2019 to update my new mailing address before the military moved me to Belgium. I can still receive mail there because they give us a U.S. address so it's not international shipping. I have emailed Apguard repeatedly the last 5 months with zero response. I'm running out of supplies. I can't call as that is at an international rate. Office seems very non-professional.

No accountability. They send supplies to you via USPS and rely on their tracking system to confirm delivery. If an item is lost, they charge you to replace. You have a choice of vendors. Please don't make the mistake of choosing this one. Insist your supplies are delivered with signature confirmation.

Very difficult to get hold of people on the phone....

Very difficult to get hold of people on the phone. You are normally put on hold until either your phone battery runs down or they hang up. The billing has charged me repeatedly for things covered 100% on my insurance. I would call them to complain and they would supposedly take care of the oversight. Then next month it would happen again. I have to wonder how many elderly folks that aren't able to watch it closely might be paying twice for their stuff.

The only reason I tolerate this place is that for some reason it is in my "network" so I have to go through them. If insurance ever wises up and switches, I'll be happy to try someone else.
