Tell you different rate to what you get then doesn t pay on time.

Shocking company. Avoid at all costs, especially you're pay packet. They lie about you're hourly rate. Highly unproffesional. It's about time that these recruitment agencies were regulated to stop bad practices.

Very unorganised...sent me to a job turned up they didn't even need a joiner. Wasted my time an disel..asked about gettin paid for the day as id lost a days wages..took me ages to get intouch then finally did they said they'd speak to there manager..then ignored all my calls... avoid!!
Do not work for these people they do not pay you I have been trying to get my money off them for three weeks and they are thief's if a man works for you you pay them it's that simple

I called about a job and spoke to Charlotte and she the job was mine and to send some details which I did. I didn't hear nothing from her even though I msg her six times tried to call and still no response it's been two days trying to get hold of her about the job. She has been on WhatsApp as I sent and still has avoided me. This is very bad service and unprofessional that she could not let me know.
Phoned Arron from the Coventry office today regarding a job in oxford and as per usual trying to reach anyone from this office is very hard. I then get told that because of previous jobs I have completed for apex they don t want to employ me anymore due to the fact I get taken on full time by the contractor apex sent me to work for! It is almost comical as I ve basically been told I m unemployable to apex because I am a good worker I ve heard it all now! but hey it s apex s loss, they can keep the workers that will ultimately destroy their business not help it grow by getting them a great reputation. With all this said I have spoke to the staff from their other offices and they were very helpful and as confused as I was at Coventry s response to me. And the other offices are very much aware of Arron and how unprofessional he is. Maybe Arron would benefit from some training courses
Good agency , working for them for 2 years now and never had problems with my payment and they keep me busy. They also have good rates compared to others . 5 starts !
I work for them 2 days in London School of Economics (LSE), Grosvenor House, 141-143 Drury Lane, London, WC2B 5TB and they didn't pay me
Did weekend and night shift jobs with them. My payment was never delayed and I was paid what I was promised. Would recommend strongly. Nice company

I work for Apex Resources and I'm surprised at our score. We work very hard to make sure people are paid. We even put the pay rates in text messages before people start so there cant be any arguments about pay rates. If you have a genuine complaint, please ask to speak to the managers. For those thinking of working for us please bare in mind that in any given week, we have between 1,000 and 4,000 people work for us without issues. Come and join us!
They advertise plumbing jobs that are not there or always seem to fall through. Worked with them for a while before but like alot of agencies they just don't care anymore.
on limited exposure to this company i can only say,you take yr chance,thats sounds bleak i would think, but it appears that this agency is established yes,so much so thats Nobody sees fit to comment .

Worst agency I ve ever worked for done three days work only payed me for one. Had to take Apex to small claims court to receive the money I was owed. Stay well clear if I was you.....joke

Since I came in UK I've worked for different agencies. So far, Apex is the best.
Seem to be a very dodgy company. Not paying people for work, promising long term work when the work only lasts a day or 2, very rude on the phone & poor attitude. Stay clear of these frauds. You've been warned
Keep contacting the company I work more or less daily for after being told numerous times that we do not require their services. Even if I did now need temporary labour I would purposely avoid this company due to their constant unprofessional hounding.
I would strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this company. They've been harassing me for years after contacting them once, several years ago. I regret showing any interest in Apex Resources. BEWARE: Once they know your contact number you won't be able to block them (they send anonymous texts, which hides all contact info). Also, contacting them through information found in the public domain and requesting to be taken off their contact list yields zero results. I've tried on many occasions and they've ignored every request. Again, I urge every to stay clear from this corrupt organisation. Any 5 stars given to this company must be from themselves.

Was booked on a job to start today. Explained I was running late due to signing off old job from friday. The girl then replied Don't bother U late u missed induction. Its actually you and you're for future reference!! Very unprofessional. Just want to fill jobs to earn their commission. Good luck finding someone else to fill the position for two weeks that local enough. All for the sake of half an hour. Think APEX need to think about who they are employing in house. Joke

absolute joke of a place. still owe me wages ive been chasing for a month now. thats from the Glasgow office and I hear all their offices are the same. Even the Head of Payroll for full company palmed me off with a bullsh*t lie.
Good company with nice reliable stuff, always willing to help with anything starting with registration, payroll and time sheets.
