have no Idea who or what this company is!!! I received a letter stating that Apex received a address change from me! I will be having my lawyer looking into this company!! I have no idea who s address that they said I change too!! I only gave on star so I can make a comment!
Just a terrible company. The company I have been using for my brokerage account uses them for certain services (regardless of whether I want Apex involved). First, during a "routine audit request", Apex sent another customers account information to me and sent my account information to someone else as part of a major screw-up in the audit process. Now, Apex has provided an incorrect 1099 that would cost me thousands in extra taxes if I hadn't caught it. Both of these major Apex screw-ups occurred in a roughly 2-year period. I am changing brokerages and the current company will be losing my business because they keep paying Apex to screw-up my accounts.
So I'm not the only person who got something in the mail saying they opened a roth in my name?
This company and webull are Crooks they do not honor anything that they do they lie to people constantly then they send them somewhere else where they still won't do anything for you then they take your money and this is what our America looks like a bunch of crooks that legitimately get to steal our money and we can't do nothing about it I say that stops today a thousand plant BBC on behalf of both of them and I will proceed the further court filings and all damages they have occurred I asked anyone if they would like to join me
This company has company under their umbrella that are not reliable like public stocks. Cannot speak to customer service about money invested and cannot withdraw anything even though the cash is settled. My friend is having the same problem too.
AI created an Apex account and now i can't log into it. When I try to reset the password, the link never arrives to me via email. Waste of time.
I have had countless issues with this 3 party company and one of my brokerage WeBull. Deposits I made have been misplaced and WeBull arrogantly reports that they didn t receive anything from their clearing house even though withdrawals are blatantly drafted from my bank. APEX will continue to draft my account after I successfully cancel a payment and overdraft my account then say they never draft the funds and it s my banks fault. Thankfully my bank (USAA) fights for me due to my impeccable 20 year history with them. How can you blame a bank for your mistake? Fortunately, USAA seems much more regulated and reputable than you are.

What is this scam??? They wont stop trying to contact me about cryptocurrency through my Webull, and saying I changed my address. Im not affiliated with whatever this sketchy organization is!
I requested cancelation last year and now I'm facing an eviction because of all the overdrawn draft fees and a negative account during a winter freeze disaster. Trusting God for full recovery, in Jesus name.
