I called them to see if they had an engine that I was in need of. They said that they had one in stock and I could pick it up the same day. I went there, paid, and they loaded it into my truck. The two people I talked to were fairly friendly. (what you would expect from an auto salvage) Overall, the process was quick and flawless. I would definitely buy from there again, and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Well I called today at 3:02 to check if it came and I'm angry to learn they close at 3 on Fridays instead of 5,and they're now closed until Monday. Thanks guys!

Got there at 3 on friday to pick up a part that i already paid for over the phone. 2 guys walk out and locked the doors. I asked the last guy if i can grab my part that i already paid for which was right behind him. He said no. Seriously? Been a customer with them for over 5 years. Never going back.

Do not buy from this place! I had them save a part for 2 hours and my wife was there exactly 2 hours like I sad she would and they sold the part on her. I'd go 0 stars if it could!
I went to Apex a couple weeks ago for a hard to find rear end. Not only was their price very reasonable but when I asked them to save the hardware they said they would try. I know this made the removal harder for them but they saved everything for me. Their extra effort saved me alot of time and money. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Great job Apex, thank you!!

Responded to email super fast, sent me multiple photos of the parts I was interested in. They shipped them to me at a great rate, even when not many junkyards are willing to ship large items such as fenders. Company lists itself as an Auto Salvage Company but when I asked for a quote on a running Lincoln Continental, the buyer said that it was one he would 'pass' on. So what kind of an Auto Salvage Company doesn't even give an estimate as to the vehicle's value for scrap purposes? Nuts, huh?

I went there for a fender for my car and not only did they have it in stock, they gave me the choice as to whether I wanted them to pull it for me or I could pull it myself for a cheaper price. A very organized business with friendly employees who know what they are talking about. And as for the two negative comments, odds are that they all ready had that model of a car in their yard and they didn't want to waste space by purchasing another one, and just because they didn't have your part doesn't mean they deserve a bad rating.
Drive an hour to get a part that was described as an A quality item and it s a high mileage rusty piece of metal. Waste of time and they don t drop their prices for the description mistakes.
I gave them a chance twice. They are extremely overpriced when compared to upullrpart or the old Johns which is out of business. I won't waste time trying them again. Too bad, since they are close to me.

Got my car broken into, passenger front window was smashed, had them pick one out of another Camry on their lot, then picked it up and installed it with my Dad. The OEM glass, picked by Apex staff, cost me $35. It took 20minutes to install. Safelite quoted me $320 for generic glass. I'll call that a win!
