The floor is pretty good, they came to clean every day. As for parking, we were quite lucky and managed to park outside every day without having to book at the aparthotel. The connection of the wifi is not very good, it gave us enough failures. We miss a microwave and scourer to wash the dishes.

It is near the Playa Martianez, near the pools of Lago Martianez. Around there is the shopping center Le Piramidi and two Iperdino supermarkets. The rates are good and you can reach the city center in a few minutes.

Value for money is quite acceptable. Repair and normal furniture would not hurt. Disadvantages: far from buses, there is no normal beach, only wild with underwater boulders, without lifeguards and amenities; very small and highly chlorinated pool. Advantages: there is a wonderful supermarket nearby, and not one, parking directly under the hotel, a large common room, polite staff, and good Wi-Fi.

I read opinion about cold water and thy not true, we stay with family of 5 and we never be run-out of hot water, WiFi not problem at all we can watch movies with out any problems. People who works over there always smile and friendly, every day new towels, and room cleaned.

They are pretty good and also are not very expensive. I stay here every time I travel to the port of La Cruz, in Tenerife.
Is not exactly the best apartment because some in the room is broken or something is missing. But it is cleaned and cleaned every day, which is very important. The cleaning ladies and the staff in the reception are very nice. Everything is within easy walking distance. The sea, the restaurants, the touristy mile. Opposite is a shopping center and a supermarket where you can find everything.

Apartments are very central, good access to bars and the boardwalk. The room is OK, nice mattress. However one is greeted by an overwhelming chemical smell as you walk in the room. The wifi is a joke, someone it works sometimes not so much.
Breakfast is OK. The lady in the bar is very friendly, although she always asks who is going to pay before you actually get your order. The pool is OK, could use a little more taking care of. For a few days the assortments are OK. For a longer stay I would look elsewhere.

Room spacious, staff ok, clean but mattresses just sucks. It would have even been a pillowtop addition. Three hubby suffered from back problems for 2 weeks.
No sea view, as advertised, instead 2 blocks of flats; one derelict and clearly a squat, the other a building site, complete with 7am alarm clock (jack hammers). No lighting in the corridors at night, bit of an eerie feel to the place. Super basic/dated.

The best value for money, its unbeatable location in front of the Martianez shopping center, right next to the promenade, next to Lake Martianez, very close to the main exit of Puerto de la Cruz, the same avenue goes to the highway.

Time will wreak havoc on the hotel. Ice cold room. Warm water was not enough even to take a shower. There was a bath in the room, but there wasn't enough water. Only breakfast was provided by the hotel. It was eaten on the ice cold terrace. I can't recommend it.
Central location but quiet. Near the beach. View khmmm. It depends on which side of the hotel. Parking is limited in the area (almost not at all). The underground car park of the hotel requires a good maneuvering technique. With larger cars, parking is almost impossible there.
If you are looking for a cheap accommodation and not planning to spend any more time than sleeping at night than look no further. However this hotel had seen better days, furniture and fixtures are obsolete and well used condition. It's got something else to offer. Rooms are clean as they can be, cleaners doing really good job, towels changed daily unless you don't want them changed, reception staff are really friendly and helpful. There is a kitchenette with basic utensils and frying pan, cooking pot etc also a toaster kettle and coffee machine. This hotel is located about 100 yards to nearest beach and loads cafes and restaurants around it. It has an underground car park @7 pd and there is a safe in each room @2 pd. All in all my experience is on positive side and would book it again.
