Yea somehow we have a large gas bill but the only thing that runs gas in my house is my water.. laundry once a week I shower at my gym so I don't even do that at home other than that washing my hands are the only times that hot water is used so what the hell is going on... I'm having same issues with the electric company there is no way I should have a 150 dollar electric bill either these guys are in cahoots with companies to try and take your house... I will be switching to solar energy and taking out the gas water heater... screw these ppl

Aog will say you NEVER paid your bill when you did! This has happened to me 3 times now! 2 of the times I had to fax my receipt showing I paid and then they NEVER apologized! Now after 8 years they do it a third time and of course I don't have my receipt this time cause I planned on NEVER having gas again and too it's been 8 years since I have had gas and let's b realistic, who keeps their receipts for 8 years, so now it's going to cost $700.00 up front so my kids can have warm water to take a shower!!!!!

I ZERO BALANCED MY MOTHERS BILL.. 1 WEEK LATER / TODAY AOG COMES AND STEAL HER METER ON A COLD RAINY DAY. AOG THEN TRIES TO MAKE ME PAY A $30.00 TO $50.00 RECONNECT FEE. PROBLEM HERE IS MY MOTHER HAD A ZERO BALANCE AND AOG IS TRYING TO STEAL.

There's good and bad. Ive had them be helpful with payment arrangements, however the guy they sent here to turn my gas on was a complete douchebag. He refused to light my hot water tank claiming theres pee on the floor and still didnt do it when I told him its the water tank leaking . I'll do it myself I guess

They have turned our gas off because they failed to record our payment and now we are sitting in the cold because they have to investigate the account. They are terrible people to talk to. Heartless. I know of so many people who have had terrible experiences with them. There is no other gas company to switch to so they don't have to care about their customers.

Had an issue with placement of new meter as well as ruts in yard from the new line being laid. Brian Fleming and crew corrected both issues. They were polite, and competent and have my gratitude and respect. Also a big thanks to those I spoke to in the office that passed along my concerns to the crew in the field.
