Not very helpful during soccer games. We travel very long distances for theses games with very large groups as a travel company I feel as though you should be able to handle this and I feel as though this company can not assist with this.

Do not book with this travel agency. They hide their terms of services, bind you into a contract, an ultimately do not render services. They have stolen money from me and refuse to return it.

Organized the lodging for our youth soccer tournament, directions were completely unclear (more for their typical client, universities, collegiate conferences, etc.) and I called twice to confirm I would not get charged for other families rooms'. I got charged for no-shows for several families, in spite of my constant questions to the company, Surprise, they can't find the phone call records, and their customer service is surly, at best. Unless your organizers are professional event planners DO NOT USE this company, they are completely unhelpful to parent volunteers, the vast majority of youth sports.

Avoid booking with this company if you can. You will not get any reward points or perks with your status at the hotel you are booking at. I m sure they are getting some type of kickback, ridiculous

Terrible company. All they can say is that their hands are tied. They have been in business many years, how is it that they cannot resolve their customers' issues. And on top of everything you are obligated to book your hotel with them because otherwise your team cannot participate in the tournament. If you can avoid it, don't use their services.

I've upgraded my rating from 1 to 3 stars due to significant improvement for the last two stays through Anthony Travel. In the past. the hotels were ok and far from playing fields (20 / 30 miles out). However, the last two times, we stayed at good hotels with nice locations and close to fields.
