I recently had an experience that fell short of expectations. The appointment scheduling process was overly complicated, leading to considerable delays. Additionally, the staff seemed rushed and not fully attentive during my visit, which made it difficult to ask questions or express concerns. While the facilities appeared clean and the technology modern, the overall level of service did not reflect the standard I anticipated. There were aspects that could significantly be improved for a better patient experience.
