Anthem Parkside Community Center Reviews

Disappointing, and distasteful experience. Staff behaves as if they're guarding the nuclear arsenal. Staff are disorganized, heavy-handed, oppressive, alienating, and inhospitable.

Each visit, is akin to an FBI investigation because invariably, staff "can't find [my] name" or " require additional information" or " needs to verify info". This is absurd because we always have the requisite Community I.D. card. Yet, there's always some issue preventing us from making reservations.
Interaction with the staff is such a repulsive, time consuming experience that we often decide against going to the Community center.

We are human beings, homeowners, and members of the Anthem Community.

Last two visits, staff's implicit message to my family, indicated we were "NOT welcome".

Very nice and clean . The fishing pond was fun and it has fish it's a Catch and release pond so we're had slot of fun

Best community center I've ever been to in my life. Very clean. The center is not new but it felt new. Not state of the art or modern new just new enough. Like a pair of white shoes you have had for years and people still ask if they are new. The staff is friendly. They have a lot of activities for the family. Worth every penny of my HOA dues. Pools are clean. Library, Basketball court, weights, cardio, pool table, air hockey, puzzles, cafe, water sides, diving boards.

WoW! Impressive gym, pool and overall facility. There is a private owners dog park, catch and release ponds - plenty of open space to enjoy your day!

I just moved here with my family. And we are so grateful to be here. Especially having this community center/pool/park so close and accessible to us. We re in heaven!!!

Parks in Anthem at Merrill Ranch are great. So many walking trails. Dog parks are very mice.

Staff was kind and very helpful. The facility is excellent! Different now with COVID but you can schedule if you are a member.
