This company has been great for our business. We've been with them for a couple of months at least, and has drastically improved the way we can communicate with people who are calling to speak with us. They send emails to the people they need to go to depending on what someone is calling us about. They have a portal where we can all access the calls and listen to recordings of calls as well. They are very professional, and polite. We've had to make changes to our account a couple of times and it was completed within one or two days. I have nothing but good things to say!
