Great staff and the owners really seem to care! I felt like I got good recommendations and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. Not everything was in my price range, but I would feel comfortable sending friends here for sure. It's such a beautiful space too!

Our entire bridal party looked stunning and receiving rave reviews on the hair and makeup at the wedding. Sharlene and Derek did an amazing job on our makeups to accentuate our features without overloading with products. Kim and Athena were fantastic on hair styling. The entire team loves what they do. They were friendly and listened to what we wanted while offering their professional and honest opinion. For example, Sharlene convinced me to forgo double eye lids tape and chose different style false eyelashes. I looked natural and fabulous, which was the look I was looking for. Athena was patient with ideas and collaborated with me to create a romantic hairstyle, which I love and fit for the wedding theme. Thank you Annie Young team!

It s been a long time since I trusted someone completely with my hair. Emily is amazing!!! My hair cuts are always perfect, she s amazing at tape ins and I love going to see her to get my hair done for a special occasion.

My wedding party and I had our hair and makeup done here back in August. I have nothing but great things too say! The whole team is fantastic; from the receptionists to the hair and makeup artists. I had to call and change appointment times for the five of us a couple of times and everyone was patient and accommodating. There were several people who worked with us but for me, Francine did such a stunning job with my makeup and it was EXACTLY what i wanted. She is so good at what she does and is very personable. I can same the same for Emily, who did my hair, as well. I would recommend this salon/spa to anyone

Claudia Zalega does the best facial and Derek the best make-up.

I recently made an appointment with Francine for my makeup. I was in town, from Detroit, to celebrate my anniversary. I use a regular makeup artist back home on a regular basis & I am very particular about how my makeup is done. Well, Francine was absolutely amazing!! My Smokey eyes were perfection. On top of doing beautiful work, Francine had me laughing the entire time. I had so much fun during the appointment that I hugged her before leaving:).
Please, do not hesitate & book yourself an appointment here! The entire staff was beyond polite & engaging.

I just wanted to express how much I adore this place! I go very very often for many different treatments. It's really a one stop shop! I highly recommend Claudia for microblading, facials, eyebrow tints, eye lash lifts and tints. I also recommend Olesea for lash extensions and Emily for her cuts and blow outs. I'm sure any technician would be wonderful at this place but these are my 3 ladys and I absolutely adore them all! This place is beautiful. I always feel welcomed, the front receptionists are lovely and always have beautiful smiles. Every single time I go into this place I get excited because I know I'm going to be pampered. I highly highly recommend this establishment! I'm going in soon for my first make-up/hair styling session for a maternity photoshoot. I can't wait for that! I know they will do a beautiful job. Love Love Love this place! Would actually rate higher if I could. :)

worst place ever. Clients are annoying, owner is patronizing. I got harassed by on of their clients today. I had to take an emergency call for my business and that woman who did not shut her mouth since the minute she came in, she was talking so loud people on the moon can hear her and when I toke my call which last 5 minutes with 2 of them on speaker because I had to review and correct a document she complained. Her majesty wanted only her annoying voice to be heard. I was told I need to take my phone call out side and shushed. What the hell, is her money greener then mine or what the hell. I am a buying client and I come very often. I decided to talk to the owner the one with the short hair and I was angry, she looked me like I was nothing with a fake smile on her face and patronizing attitude. It is a bitty Victoria park has associated themselves with this place. I will never go there again and I will make sure my other friends which I referred to that place never go.

I'm someone who takes great care of my skin. I've done different facials and skin treatments. Last week, Claudia Zalega presented me the Gel Peel facial. It is amazing! Great products in very knowledgeable hands. Result: my skin has been glowing for days! Thank you Claudia, loved it!

I had another wonderful experience this morning at Annie Young Boutique Spa. Everyone is so nice there. I always walk away feeling good. Kim has been doing my hair for over 10 years now and she is a gem, so kind, competent and accommodating. And this morning I had the best shampoo experience with Carilyn that I have ever had in my life. I nearly fell asleep while she was massaging my neck. Felt great. All around, five stars!

The staff were all very friendly and the services were quite enjoyable. They were attentive and I would Highly recommend!

Every visit at AY Spa is a real treat! I just had a makeover with them and I could not be any happier. All their staff is very professional and really knows what they are doing, they are also friendly & welcoming and provide an incredible service. I absolutely recommend it!

I had a massage with Miho and I felt so relaxed after I didn't want to get up. She was just perfect I am going back for sure. The place is so beautiful and serine and very friendly staff.

Went to Annie Young s spa for electrolysis.. Mirela was recommended.. The experience was very positive. In the past I would quit before the job was finished.. I persisted with Mirela and am very happy with the result. Mirela is a perfectionist .

I received a lash lift + tint here about two weeks ago. The entire thing takes 45 minutes and comes to about $100 plus tip. I have naturally long dark lashes, so the tint didn't make a huge difference beyond two days. The lift itself seems to be holding up alright, however as the lashes start to return to their natural placement (a couple at a time), I find myself curling my lashes sooner than expected. The treatment itself was really relaxing and the spa itself is very nice. I would still recommend this place, just for the atmosphere and service alone. Not sure if I'll get this specific treatment again, depends on how long the rest of my lashes hold up over the next few weeks.

Emily is always amazing with my hair from up-do's, to new and stylish cuts, to dying my hair every colour under the sun! Love going to a salon with friendly and friendly staff!

Going to school here supplied me with all the necessary tools to get into the industry, and the teachers were patient and knowledgeable. definitely the best makeup school out there!

This is the best spa experience I have ever had and I'm well rounded with my spa experiences.
First of all I was late for my appointment and they handle me so politely.. I had a reflexology massage with Mirela and she had such a comforting and relaxing energy and not to mention extremely skillful and knowledgeable about her profession. I had a Swedish massage with Nadiya and let me tell you if I lived in your country I would come see this lady for a massage every week; best massage of my life, she is very skillful. I had a brow tint with Steph C and she did a great job and then as we all know right after a brow tint it can be very intense especially for someone with my pale complexion so Francine very kindly offered to touch up my make up so that I didn't feel too self conscious to spend the rest of the day at the mall :)
This establishment is well run and have hired a lovely and professionally accommodating staff.

I had my bridal hair and make up done here. Kim did a fantastic job with my hair, from cutting to styling. The make up artist Stephanie was very attentive to my requests and ideas and the final result was amazing! The staff was mostly very welcoming and committed to providing great service. My only suggestion is please ask the receptionists to be less aggressive about the tips. When I went to pay, I wanted to put the tips in little brown envelops addressed to Kim and Stephanie with little personalized notes (which is what I've done in the past) but have been told that it was not an option and the receptionist had to have the tips go through her? I thought that wasn't very nice. I still give the salon a 5/5 rating though and would recommend it to others.

Really amazing Reiki session with Iraz. I've been twice and she has helped me so much in so many ways. I'll definitely be back and have recommended so many people to go and see her :)

I have had a hard time finding the perfect shade of lipstick for my complexion, and they helped me find the right one! Great service and amazing space!

I decided to get my makeup done here today for an event I had. I normally don't wear make up, and was very hesitant about getting my makeup done professionally due to disappointing past experiences. But Derek was just so incredibly fantastic, patient, understanding and attentive. I loved that choosing how to get the makeup done was a collaborative process, he walked me through each step, and did EXACTLY what I wanted. He kept my natural tone, with just the right amount of make up, and it was perfect. This was the first time I actually loved having make up on, so a big THANK YOU to Derek. I will be back again!

I'm very happy with the makeup and lashes Alex did. My skin cleared up after using their products and having 2 nice facials. I'm very happy with the results.

I absolutely LOVE this brand/space. I ve been coming to Annie Young since their location on Decarie and somehow they manage to make it better and better every year. I highly recommend KIM for hair and DEREK for make up - they are amazing. All their services and staff are great and the new location inside Vic Park is stunning! If/when you need some time to relax I highly recommend you visit this beauty spa.

I had a makeup clase at the store and it was very basic. I felt that the majority of what I was "taught" I had already learned from YouTube videos. Also during the whole class I felt the makeup artist tried really hard to sell the makeup and skin care products they sell there. I spent a lot of money and would definelly NOT recommend this place for makeup classes. I was really disappointed.

The ambiance is very calm and soothing. The classic swedish massage was amazing.

Poor quality beautician. My shaved area was done in a hurry and I went back home doing the wrong job. The after-service was also disappointing. We finally did not solve my problem and all this was done with little empathy.

For me to come out of my way to write a bad review means a lot. I went for electrolysis with Mirela and that was by far the worst service i ever had. The service is already painful no need to give people attitude on top of that but maybe she was just having a bad day who knows. In that case I would recommend for you to stay home or maybe consider a career change. The place is beautiful though and the receptionist was very friendly.
