I went to the ER a few weeks ago and I couldn t believe how filthy it was. I was so appalled that I left. No regard for Covid protocols with bare minimum cleaning efforts. I will never step foot in there again. I ll make the trip to Boston or Lahey.
I was worried about sending my daughter to the hospital during covid however they were very careful about keeping everyone safe. This is a small hospital, so my daughter had constant attention and I was updated regularly. They treated her well and helped her so much during her stay.
AJH is a good hospital, as far as hospitals go.
My review pertains to Dr. Simon Faynzilberg, M.D. and the rest of the staff at the Comprehensive Pain Center!
They are the best team in pain management, by far!
I recommend the center to anyone living in pain, because there is hope and there is relief!
Great hospital. My children were born there. Emergency room is never to crazy. Nice hospital.
I've gone through the ER on several occasions. Each time the staff were wonderful to me. They were very compassionate and did whatever they could to assist me. It can be a very stressful there. Yet the staff is able to keep things under control. I can't say enough about how good the hospital as a whole is.
Most chaotic emergency department showing no regard for covid. I have always had great experiences with the AJ. Not this time. The receptionist was telling person's to just have a seat where you could find one. When i went to sit down, the lady next to me told me she personally had disinfected the 2 available chairs as the people that had sat there were very sick thinking they had covid. There was a stand there... with no masks, hand sanitizer or kleenex . Horror show. I ended up leaving after 2 1/2 hours of waiting. A few walked out ahead of me. Having to look for other options for sure!
Very pleased with my overall recent experience visiting AJH emergency room. The entire staff was amazing from the Doctors, Nurses, Lab tech to the X-Ray technician. I was seen immediately and they were very efficient with their time. They also did an amazing job keeping me informed.
Exceptional patient care-- I was treated efficiently and was taken care of extremely well. It started when I was "checked in" to the personal attention I received from he nursing staff. The physician even thanked ME for coming in for my procedure and trusting him with my care!!! IMPRESSED beyond belief! Fully exceeded my expectations!! Thank you for taking great care of me and making me feel like amazing! Thank you to the wonderful team at AJH!!!
Every nurse in the emergency room is hooked on pain killer's including the doctor and xray and lab department staff it's a terrible hospital...
