Worst service at the service centre on the second floor waited for 1 hour to even speak to a person to look at my pc just disappointed

Staff to customer ratio very low so it is taking hours together to buy even a single product. It is also due to this reason, staffs cannot handle huge crowds. Otherwise the quality of stuffs available are all good.
