Excellent staff, service and communication. Great care facilities

Our 7 month puppy went on an adventure after the garden gate was left open. A good Samaritan found her and she was finally delivered to Animal Aid who looked after her until we could pick her up the following morning. Amazing people doing an amazing job. Thanks.

Love Animal Aid. They do a wonderful job without any government support. All my cats have been rescue cats from them. Perfect pets!

We've been sending our dogs here for over 10 years and our dogs always come back happy and healthy. Staff are friendly and the dogs are ALWAYS excited when they get there!

We put our cats and dogs in for boarding recently and we felt very comfortable and confident that they genuinely care about their well-being and happiness. We found our second dog here. Sophie was a much loved dog who passed away in late Feb 2021. She was 18 years old. We got her when she was 3. Thus place is well organised and very caring. They've since expanded to schooling, crech and Boarding and of course adoption. We dropped a big stack of towels off to donate. Definitely worth a visit.
