This is the first clinic that has private arrangement for its patients. You have to book an appointment and paid IDR 75.000 as a booking fee. I have been here several times. The doctors are really kind and non judgemental hehe, we can discuss about anything. The clinic rooms are cool as well.

Its a great clinic. The staffs are very nice, and welcoming, the doctors are professional, supportive, kind, very open minded. Really recommend here for foreigners because they can speak English so its very helpful.

Angsamerah used to be my number one choice back in 2014-2015 when I was living in Jakarta. I just recently access the service here again for the last month, mostly for the psychologist.
To be fair, their psychologist was impressive. I have no complaint. But, the room management and schedule of the clinic could use some improvement.
On May 2019, I arrived at the clinic a bit earlier, as they suggested. However, the schedule was pushed back for 30 minutes, without prior notice, and I was waiting without any clarity, why was it pushed back, and what if I have a scheduling conflict so I can get the whole an hour session, etc.
On June 2019, I came back for another session with the same psychologist. Again, I arrived earlier than the schedule as suggested. However, they didn't do anything when the time was arrived. So I confirmed to the reception and she lightly answered: oh the earlier patient was late, so your schedule will be pushed back.
I don't understand why they did not confirm to me through text or anything if there was delays? Not everybody has the luxury of time, moreover when the schedule is quite late in the evening.

Paid for two hours session but only got 1.5 hours. When I asked, they said: 1.5 hours is counted as two hours. Are you kiddin me?

The pros about this place:
- Friendly staffs;
- friendly and knowledgeable doctors;
- clean dresses for patients and smell good.
The cons:
- Commercialized, yet worth it;
- the flush button in every toilet starts to be rusty;
- EDC machine often has issue.
To have easy access to this place, just direct yourself to Indomaret Johar or Aljazeera Signature restaurant.
the receptionists are not so friendly but the doctors are helpful and professional. i feel safe and comfortable to check my sexual health here rather than in government or general clinic. they really appreciate customer's privacy, consultation also feel more relaxing as the place is comfy and well designed for sexual health clinic.
before come you better make appointment, they are late reply via email so better via whatsapp or call. I come on time as appointment and got doctor treat me directly without waiting.
